Privacy policy

This policy covers FreeTitle Social, an internal tool operated by FreeTitle, Inc ("FreeTitle", "we"). The tool connects only to social media accounts that FreeTitle owns.
What we receive
When an owner of one of our accounts authorizes the tool, the platform sends us:
- the account's identifier and public profile details, such as username and display name;
- access and refresh tokens that let the tool act within the permissions granted;
- the posts we publish through the tool and their performance figures, such as views, likes and comments counts;
- comments that other people leave on our posts, including the commenter's public username and comment text, when we use comment features.
We do not receive passwords. We do not collect data from accounts that have not authorized the tool.
How we use it
- to publish our own content to our own accounts;
- to read, reply to, hide or remove comments on our own posts;
- to measure how our accounts and posts perform.
We do not sell this data, use it for advertising profiles, or share it with anyone except the service providers that host the tool.
Where it is kept
Data is stored in Google Cloud in the United States. Tokens are kept in an encrypted secret store and are never shown in pages or logs. Access is limited to FreeTitle's administrators.
How long we keep it
Tokens are kept while an account stays connected and are deleted when the account is disconnected or its authorization is removed. Performance figures are kept for as long as they are needed to run our accounts. Comment content from other people is kept only as long as needed to moderate and reply.
Removing access and deleting data
An account owner can remove the tool's access at any time in the platform's settings. You can also ask us to delete data, as described on the data deletion page.
Children
The tool is not directed at children and is not used to collect data about children.
Changes
We will post any change to this policy on this page with a new effective date.
